We're celebrating Women's History Month with fascinating facts about women in history, including the women's suffrage movement, the first woman in space, the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and how Women's History Month was established.

Nicole and Sara discuss a report that reducing social media use improves body image in teens and young adults. Instead of browsing TikTok, why not come to the library?
